CMR Institute of Technology LIBRARY

The CMR Institute of Technology Library is a fast developing center of information. Apart from a number of Text Books and Reference Books, CMR Institute of Technology Library provides students with National and International Journals. Videos and CD-ROMs . We have set up IEEE Student Branch in the Academic Year 2004-2005. At present, 4 Faculty Members and 30 Students have joined IEEE. We have also subscribed 38 International Journals from IEEE. We have Institutional Membership of Delnet, which provides on line access to the various Databases to facilitate the students and staff members for their research and other knowledge management. CMR Institute of Technology have Digital Library Facilities, where the students and staff members can access information through Intranet and Internet. CMR Institute of Technology have developed an exclusive Interface to access CMR Institute of Technology digital library information. CMR Institute of Technology have developed the digital collection through Greenstone Digital Library Software. CMR Institute of Technology Library is completely automated with Libsoft, a Bangalore based software. All the books and Membership cards have been barcoded.
