To help our country fulfil this need was born the “ Sapthagiri College of Engineering (SCE)”, a college with a vision to shape up professionals in the field of technology. The brainchild of a group of visionary entrepreneurs, Sapthagiri College of Engineering  is on a mission to enable Indian Engineers to take our country to a global leadership status in technological development.

Sapthagiri College of Engineering HOSTELS

Sapthagiri College of Engineering  provides Residential Facility for its Students through well furnished hostels. Both Boys and Girls hostels are provided with clean and hygienic rooms and food in comfortable dining halls. The Sapthagiri College of Engineering  hostels are also provided with Internet and Library Facility.

Sapthagiri College of Engineering LIBRARY

Sapthagiri College of Engineering Central Library occupies a place of pride in Sapthagiri College of Engineering and is an essential component of the college’s outstanding research and education mission. Sapthagiri College of Engineering library is a most lively place on the campus providing a safe, comfortable and friendly environment that enables learning and advancement of knowledge, and promotes discovery and scholarship. The mission of the Sapthagiri College of Engineering Central Library is to facilitate creation of new knowledge through acquisition, organization and dissemination of knowledge resources and providing for value added services.  The Sapthagiri College of Engineering Central Library spanning a total area of 536 sq m Combining aesthetics with utility, the Library houses about 17,000 books and subscriptions to over 82 Journal (National (48) and International (34) Journals ). The Sapthagiri College of Engineering Library also subscribes to E-Journals through GIST they are IEEE, Springer (Mechanical, Computer Science and Electrical and Electronics) Mc Graw Hill Engineering Access, J-gate and ASTM Digital Library. The Sapthagiri College of Engineering Library comes with provision for modern facilities including Library Automation, Stock Section, Reference Section, Issue Section with advanced computers and other peripherals and Sapthagiri College of Engineering Digital Library. Xerox facilities are available to enable readers to take photocopies at very reasonable rate. The Sapthagiri College of Engineering  Library reading space can accommodate nearly 150 students. Separate reading space is available for Sapthagiri College of Engineering staff and students. Sapthagiri College of Engineering Library is fully automated. It is using Smart Campus “IDENIZEN’’ software for its entire house keeping activities.
